# FLIP360

> FLIP360 (FLIP360 PTY LTD, ABN 84 696 558 504, Caloundra QLD, Australia) is a referral network for professional, health and home services. Referrals are recorded with 5 time-stamped digital handshakes; the referring member is paid 75 % of the referral fee when the client outcome is confirmed. Founder: Matt Punter.

## The rules (single source of truth)
- Referral fee split: 75 % to the referring member, 25 % platform take (50 % FLIP360, 30 % RCMP seat, 20 % CMP seats).
- Membership: A$1,500 a year, 14 day cooling-off. Fee split 50 % / 30 % / 20 %.
- Community giveback: 50 % of FLIP360's share of deal flow, 80 % local, 20 % national. Deal flow only.
- The 5 handshakes: 1 Intent; 2 Acknowledgement; 3 Intake; 4 Settlement; 5 Outcome confirmed.
- Not an MLM: no downline, no recruitment commission. Seats are revenue shares, not shares; no dividend.
