75 % of the referral fee is paid to the referring member when the client outcome is confirmed. The fee itself comes from the published, versioned rate card for that service.

The rule is fixed: 75 % to the referring member, 25 % platform take. The platform take is split 50 % FLIP360, 30 % regional community market partner, 20 % community market partner.

FLIP360 raises a Recipient Created Tax Invoice for every commission, so the tax paperwork exists the moment you are paid.
