What is a FLIP360 RCMP or CMP seat?

A seat is a revenue share in one region. The RCMP seat receives 30 % of the platform take and 30 % of membership fees in its region; each of four CMP seats receives a quarter of 20 % and 20 %. Seats are not shares and pay no dividend.

Australia is divided into 202 regions of about 120,000 to 130,000 residents. Each has one Regional Community Market Partner seat and four Community Market Partner seats.

Seat holders are paid from the same ledger as members, on the same cycle, and are the people who onboard and support members in their region.

Seats can be resold only through FLIP360; a 5 % royalty applies and the new holder is recorded on the register at settlement.
